The location is amazing, clean, peaceful. The staff is very nice. The place has a beautiful garden to relax and spacious, elegant bathrooms. Housekeeping is daily. Great value for money.

I loved the central location, secure parking, and clean floors. It was great to have both a bath and shower option in my room. Plus, the hotel had air conditioning which was much appreciated in the hot weather.
Can honestly say there wasn't a single thing that left a negative impression on me during my stay.

The location of the hotel provided easy access to the Toyota stadium, botanical garden, and nearby shops including a fantastic Italian restaurant within walking distance. Rooms were clean and spacious, with a lovely shower. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and the breakfast was freshly prepared and tasty.
Some amenities were lacking in the rooms, such as small towels and no blankets or dustbin in the room.

Great location for exploring the city, with easy access to the best shopping centers and tourist attractions. I appreciated the cleanliness and functionality of the room, with everything I needed for a comfortable city break. The staff was friendly and accommodating, adding to the welcoming atmosphere.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the noise levels from other guests and staff were a bit excessive at times, interrupting my much-needed sleep. The air conditioner was also difficult to regulate at times, leading to fluctuating temperatures.

The location of the accommodation was ideal for my business trip, as it was conveniently located near my clients' offices and plenty of dining options. the room was clean and tidy upon arrival, and the parking area was secure and well, maintained.
There were a couple of issues that detracted from my experience. the tea and coffee facilities in the room were only stocked for two people, despite having booked a family room for four.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, with exclusive facilities that fulfilled our luxurious needs. the private leisure room was amazing, with a TV room and a beautiful garden area. the staff were attentive to our needs and provided excellent service.
We would have preferred a kitchenette in our room for a more convenient and private meal preparation.
